Good taste. Like the concept for sustainable packaging, but would prefer firm/extra firm.
I wanted to use it for making faux scrabbled eggs (add black Himalayan salt and a vegan cheese for texture, turmeric for color). It's way too thin for that, and takes forever to boil off the excess water, so a waste of fuel. I suppose people use it for shakes or pudding, but I need it for a main organic protein in a meal, and for that, firm+ is the way to go as it is versatile.
