Frozen Hot Chocolate

YIELD: 2 cups

  • 1/2 package Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Soft (refrigerate remaining tofu)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups ice 
  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved chocolate
  • Chocolate syrup


  1. In a blender, add tofu, melted chocolate, sugar, and cocoa powder, then blend until smooth with no lumps.
  2. Add ice and blend until the consistency of a slushy.
  3. Pour into dessert glasses and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and chocolate syrup.


  • Recipe can be doubled. 
  • PLANT-BASED: Make sure to use plant-based chocolate and plant-based whipped cream. 
  • GLUTEN-FREE: Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Soft is Certified Gluten Free! Just make sure to choose gluten-free versions of the other ingredients as well.
