Açaí Tofu Protein Bowl

Ingredients
SMOOTHIE
- 1/2 package Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu (refrigerate remaining tofu)
- 1 packet (100g) frozen açaí puree, unsweetened
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced, frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
TOPPINGS
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1-2 strawberries, halved
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tsp granola
- 1 tsp toasted coconut
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add all smoothie ingredients then blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add toppings.
