Great product, great price!

This is my favorite tofu for smoothies - high protein, low fat, great taste. The Morinaga website also has the best price.

This is the only tofu that I use. Silken, no need to press, and has a shelf life much longer than the boxes indicate.

Excellent Nutrition Source

I added this tofu to my diet years ago. It is an extremely versatile source of nutrition. I have Mori-Nu’s tofu recipe book and prepare it many ways. Depending on the time available, I can make a quick meal or something more elaborate. The tofu is nutritious, wholesome, and stores easily. Th absolute smartest thing I’ve ever added to my diet.

Favorite Tofu Ever!!

I love this firm lite tofu, both for it's superior nutritional content and for it's fantastic versatility. I use this in smoothies, soups, sauces, spreads, lighter, less processed versions of dairy-free essentials like cream cheese and sour cream. I even make an exceptionally good low-fat peanut butter, by blending it with powdered peanut protein! So good!!

Excellence

I love your tofu. I like the packaging and that I can order it on line. It is very good as a cream base for a sugar free pie. It is also good if you are diabetic.
