PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED TOFU

INGREDIENTS:

1 package Mori-Nu Yuzu Flavored Silken Tofu or 1 package Mori-Nu Edamame Flavored Silken Tofu
10 slices prosciutto
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut tofu into 1 inch by 1/2 inch sticks. Cut prosciutto slices in half. (Use the whole slice if it’s not long enough to wrap.)
     
  2. Wrap each tofu stick in prosciutto.
     
  3. Season with pepper and drizzle olive oil.


TIP 

Cut each stick in half diagonally and plate 2 sticks of each flavor together on one plate.
