Tofu Chocolate Hazelnut Frappé
YIELD : 4-4.5 cups
- 3 oz Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu (refrigerate remaining tofu)
- 8 oz coconut milk
- 2-4 oz hazelnut syrup
- 1-2 oz chocolate syrup
- 1 oz vanilla syrup
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 3 cups ice cubes
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
- Instant coffee to sprinkle
- In a high-powered blender, add all drink ingredients, then process until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup down the inside of glasses.
- Pour drink into glasses.
- Top with optional whipped cream and sprinkle with instant coffee crystals.
- Enjoy immediately
- Glasses can be prepped ahead of time by drizzling chocolate syrup then chilling in the freezer until ready to use.
- Adjust syrup levels to taste.
