Frozen Hot Chocolate
YIELD 2 cups
- 1/2 package Mori-Nu Plus Fortified Tofu (refrigerate remaining tofu)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- Whipped cream
- Shaved chocolate
- Chocolate syrup
- In a blender, add tofu, melted chocolate, sugar, and cocoa powder, then blend until smooth with no lumps.
- Add ice and blend until the consistency of a slushy.
- Pour into dessert glasses and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and chocolate syrup.
- Recipe can be doubled.
- PLANT-BASED: Make sure to use plant-based chocolate and plant-based whipped cream.
